It is said to be easy to assemble and use, and users like the auto-mix and rinse feature. One downside that was found with this unit is that is has a tendency to leak and have mechanical problems. Many complaints are about the water tank and attachments leaking and the small plastic parts tend to break. Some users state that it is rather noisy and difficult to maneuver. This carpet cleaner features a one touch button to apply extra detergent to tough stains, and an adjustment feature that allows you to control the level of cleaning solution that is mixed into the water. Other features are the 12 spinning brushes, the on board heater and the heated drying. There are reports that this machine removed stains that even professionals could not remove. But there were several complaints about the amount of moisture that was left in the carpet, varying between fairly dry to completely soaked, and some called the heated dry “useless”. A few users complained that this steam cleaner destroyed their carpet. This one is the most expensive of the 3 with an estimated cost of $280.
